I’m set

where has 2009 gone? this year just flew by for me, not sure if that is good or bad.  plan on finishing my christmas shopping this weekend. hanging out with my son and my friends at the Flobots show tomorrow - heard good things about them.  enjoying the time off from school, 3 more semesters to go and I’ll be done thank God.  looking forward to going to Dallas for New Years Eve…pretty excited about that actually.  so many things to do from here until the end of 2009, before I know it, I’ll wake in up in one city and go to sleep in another…love that and airlines!

heartbroken

sad day. more and more i find his life was manipulated and now come to find so was mine - without at the time knowing it! how could a person like that exist?  so disrespectful, dishonest, untrustworthy, manipulative. to lie about someone doing something to somehow i don’t know, help your interest is sick. this woman has serious issues.  part of me wants to have nothing with that drama but part of me tells me to fight, but how can you if being doubted? trully heartbreaking.

Boba Kitty - So I grew up in the 80’s with Star Wars and Hello Kitty…while many die hard Star Wars fans wince at the sight of Boba Kitty, I love it.  I used to nag my mom to take me to the Hello Kitty store in down town El Paso and be the only odd girl out of the group who could talk to the boys for hours and play pretend Star Wars with them.  Love it! my oldest brought home a recipe.  we went shopping for the ingredients and he created this here “fruit pizza”.  how was it?  very damn good!   - sugar cookie crust, cream cheese with powdered sugar, topped with sliced strawberries/kiwis/whole blueberries and drizzled warm raspberry jelly.

found this on Wired Magazine…the feeling i get just from seeing these pictures of this library is almost lustfull.  if i was fortunute to be able to spend time here, i’d get lost for days and would bring my iPod, camera, laptop, nachos and cherry dr. pepper - no phone!  maybe bring one person who would also enjoy getting lost in this place with or without me :)

this semester i decided to dive into school by taking 12 hours.  with the semester wrapping up next week, i’ve had no fun lately and have spent countless nights staying up late either finishing projects or studying.  today i found out that i don’t need to take my Statistics final as i have a B for the semester - yay!  still holding on to the idea of signing up for two 5 week classes this summer, but i want to have some chill time and have some fun this summer!
